Project Background

Traditional financial dashboards are often cluttered with complex tables and obscure data. The goal of this project was to create an intuitive, modern, and easy-to-manage dashboard for non-professional financial users. We needed to display large amounts of data while maintaining a clean interface and fast response times.

As the sole designer and primary frontend developer on this project, I was responsible for the entire process from user journey mapping to final React component delivery.

Design Challenges

  Data Hierarchy

  How do we let users see key indicators (KPIs) at a glance without being overwhelmed by numbers? I used card-based layouts and color coding systems to differentiate data priority.

  Dark Mode Adaptation

  To accommodate financial professionals who spend long hours monitoring screens, the entire UI system was built on a deep dark mode using the Zinc color palette, reducing eye strain.
